2. General Community Standards

To ensure a safe and productive environment for all members, we require:

Respectful Interaction: Members must engage with others in a professional and courteous manner. Harassment, bullying, or discriminatory behavior in any forum, group, or chat is strictly prohibited.
Authenticity: Users must provide accurate information when creating profiles, particularly within BeWitchy Dating and BeWitchy Courses.
Privacy: Do not share the personal information of other members. We recommend keeping all initial communications within our secure platform for your safety.

3. Marketplace & Commercial Terms

Listing Accuracy: All items and services listed in the BeWitchy Marketplace must be described accurately. Sellers are responsible for the fulfillment and quality of their products.
Intellectual Property: Users must respect the copyrights of the BeWitchy brand and its contributors. Course materials, blog content, and unique marketplace designs may not be reproduced without written permission. You must not violated other business or company Brands.

4. Events & Festivals

Code of Conduct: Attendees of BeWitchy Festivals, whether virtual or in-person, are expected to uphold a high standard of conduct.
Consent: Respect for personal boundaries and professional etiquette is mandatory at all events.

5. Content Moderation

BeWitchy reserves the right to moderate, edit, or remove any content (posts, listings, or messages) that violates our safety standards or professional guidelines. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who repeatedly breach these terms.
